Dispute Resolutions
We provide support to parties who are shareholders in companies involved in shareholder disputes, providing support to the disputed parties.
We assist in:
- Conducting independent valuations for exit and separation negotiations between the parties
- Our partners acting as court appointed liquidators or receivers to carry out the courts instructions to conduct investigations and or wind up the company.
Our partners’ involvement in such disputes in the past resulted in landmark rulings by the High Courts.
