DC Restructuring Solutions PLT is a chartered accounting firm undertaking corporate insolvency and restructuring work.

The firm was established by our late Ms Dawn Chu and Mr Wong Ching Yong in 2022 to comply with the Ministry of Finance requirement that licensed liquidator shall set up a separate partnership to undertake insolvency and restructuring administration under the Companies Act 2016. Following our formation, the administration associated with the former directors of CRS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd are now under our firm.

We provide a broad range of corporate insolvency related administrations and services as company liquidators, receivers and managers, judicial managers.

In many instances, our involvement will also extend to company valuations, property development rehabilitation, corporate closure management and implementing schemes of arrangements both formal and informal to restructure the debts of companies.
