Responsibilities
Candidates for the role of Senior Associate/Assistant Manager should possess the following qualities:
- To lead teams, including planning and organisation of assignments.
- To guide and train junior team members on the processes/mechanics of liquidation and receivership work as well as debt restructuring work.
- Review reports and correspondences prepared by junior team members.
- To communicate confidently and independently with clients, lawyers and government authorities.
Generally, the role and responsibilities of an Associate is to assist the Senior Associate/Assistant Manager.
Additionally, we have availability in our conveyancing team who will assist in/handle all purchaser matters such as sub-sale, confirmations etc. Candidates with the relevant experience will be highly considered for this role.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or equivalent or Professional qualification such as ACCA and CPA.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position of Senior.
- Associate and 5 years for Assistant Manager.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the role of Associate.
- Flair in numerals, report writing and presentation skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong team player with high initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
