- Mediating and overseeing implementation: Successfully mediated among the liquidator, secured creditors, and purchasers to develop a concept scheme for the revival and completion of the hotel. The arrangement was supported and passed by the purchasers at a recent Court Convened Meeting. Additionally, appointed as Scheme Manager to oversee the implementation of the scheme, indicating ongoing involvement in the project's revival process.
