DC Restructuring Solutions PLT — a limited liability partnership firm of chartered accountants undertaking corporate insolvency and debt restructuring duties was birthed from the achievements and efforts of CRS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd. Established by the late Ms Dawn Chu, DC encompasses the collective efforts of all staff and directors of CRS that currently sits as an independent separate legal entity for services requiring a liquidator license. Following the formation of DC, the insolvency and debt restructuring assignments associated with the former directors of CRS and staff are now under the helm of DC.

Like CRS, DC provides a wide slew of services ranging from court and corporate receiverships, court liquidation and restructuring services as well as judicial management administration. The partners of the newly formed DCRS include Mr Wong Ching Yong, Datuk Ooi Woon Chee and Mr Tam Kok Meng, who are all highly regarded veterans in the industry. Moving forward, CRS will continue to work closely with DCRS, providing them with the necessary technical and staff support to ensure our mutual clients derive the maximum benefits of engaging either entity as their consultants and advisors.
